19 companies from the Andalusian aerospace sector, including Sofitec, are participating this week in a commercial mission in Canada.

The mission has been organized by the Regional Department of Economy and Knowledge, through the Trade Promotion Agency of Andalusia (Extenda), to promote the Andalusian aerospace sector and favor the establishment of trade agreements in the region and is leaded by the Economy Minister of Andalucía, Antonio Ramírez de Arellano.

During our trip, we are having business meetings with institutions dedicated to strengthening the Canadian aeronautical sector, such as Investissement Quebec, Criaq-Caric, Gardn or the Aero Montreal Group.

Also, we´re holding commercial sessions with executives from companies like Pratt and Whitney or Bombardier.

Andalusia is the third aerospace industry hub of Europe, after Toulouse and Hamburg, in turnover, employment and projects.

Opportunities like this commercial mission are key elements for develop aerospace sector and its companies, so we hope the visit to be successful, to keep growing as a Company and as part of Andalusian aerospace sector.
